1. Membership of Help card is available in two categories a. Gold Category b. Silver Category.
2. Customers who have already purchased products worth BDT. 20,000 or will be purchasing product worth the stated amount will be eligible for the Silver Help/Membership Card.
3. Customers who have already purchased products worth BDT. 50,000 or will be purchasing product worth the stated amount will be eligible for the Gold Help/Membership Card.
4. Successful membership requires two references.
5. Silver Card Holders will be eligible for credit facility of up to BDT. 50,000 with EMI of
between 12 to 36 Months.
6. Gold Card Holders will be eligible for credit facility of up to BDT. 100,000 with EMI of between 12 to 36 Months.
7. Silver Card Holders will be eligible for loan of BDT. 2,500 for showroom, which can be repaid to the respective showroom without any interest with One Month.
8. Gold Card Holders will be eligible for loan of BDT. 5,000 for showroom, which can be
repaid to the respective showroom without any interest with One Month.
9. Help Card holders will be able to avail discounts and offers from Strategic Partner’s of Minister Brand which includes Healthcare, Hotels & Tourism, Retail, Dining, etc.
10. Help card holders will enjoy loyalty points redemption. Help card holders will enjoy 1point against the purchase of BDT. 1,000. The customer will be able to redeem 1000 Taka against 100 points during his/her next purchase.
11. Help Card holder’s installment purchase will be under loan protection insurance. In case of death of the customer, outstanding installment will be forgiven. Additionally, the company will provide financial support to the family of the deceased as per policy.

২. যারা ইতোমধ্যে ২০,০০০ (বিশ হাজার) টাকার অধিক পণ্য করেছেন বা একসাথে ২০,০০০ (বিশ হাজার) টাকার পণ্য করবেন তারা সিলভার ক্যাটাগরি কাস্টমার বলে বিবেচিত হবেন এবং সিলভার কার্ড পাবেন।
৩. যারা ইতোমধ্যে ৫০,০০০ (পঞ্চাশ হাজার) টাকার অধিক পণ্য করেছেন বা
একসাথে ৫০,০০০ (পঞ্চাশ হাজার) টাকার পণ্য করবেন তারা গোল্ড
ক্যাটাগরি কাস্টমার বলে বিবেচিত হবেন এবং গোল্ড কার্ড পাবেন।
৪.ফরমে কাস্টমারের যাবতীয় তথ্য লিপিবদ্ধ করা হবে এবং ২ জন রেফারেন্স নাম ও বিস্তারিত তথ্য উল্লেখ থাকবে।
৫.সিলভার কার্ড হোল্ডার ৫০,০০০ (পঞ্চাশ হাজার) টাকা পর্যন্ত ক্রেডিট সুবিধা পাবে। যা দ্বারা কাস্টমার ৫০,০০০ পর্যন্ত কিস্তিতে পণ্য ক্রয় করতে পারবে । যা ক্রেতাগণ ১২-৩৬ মাসের মধ্যে পরিশোধ করার সুযোগ পাবেন।
৬. গোল্ড কার্ড হোল্ডার ১০০,০০০ (এক লক্ষ) টাকা পর্যন্ত ক্রেডিট সুবিধা পাবেন। যা দ্বারা কাস্টমার ১০০,০০০ (এক লক্ষ) টাকা পর্যন্ত কিস্তিতে পণ্য ক্রয় করতে পারবে এবং ক্রেতাগণ ১২-৩৬ মাসে সেই টাকা পরিশোধ করার সুযোগ পাবেন।
৭. সিলভার কার্ড হোল্ডার শো-রুম থেকে ইনস্ট্যান্ট ২৫০০ (পচিঁশ
শত) টাকা এবং গোল্ড কার্ড হোল্ডার ৫০০০ (পাঁচ হাজার) টাকা লোন
নিতে পারবে। যা পরবর্তিতে বিনা সুদে ১ মাস (৩০ দিনের) মধ্যে পরিশোধ করার সুযোগ পাবেন।
৮. মিনিস্টার মেম্বারশিপ কার্ড হোল্ডারগণ নির্ধারিত হাসপাতালে চিকিৎসা খরচে বিশেষ ডিসকাউন্টের সুযোগ পাবেন।
৯. মিনিস্টার মেম্বারশিপ কার্ড হোল্ডারগণ নির্ধারিত হোটেল রিজারভেশন, রিসোর্ট বুকিং, এয়ার টিকিট বুকিং সহ বিভিন্ন খাতে বিশেষ ডিসকাউন্ট ও তথ্য গ্রহণের সুবিধা পাবেন।
১০. কার্ড হোল্ডারগন প্রতি ১০০০ টাকার পণ্য ক্রয়ের বিপরীতে ১ পয়েন্ট অর্জন করবেন যা তিনি পরবর্তী ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে সমন্বয় করতে পারবেন। জমাকৃত ১০০ পয়েন্টের বিপরীতে পণ্য ক্রয়েব ক্ষেত্রে ১০০০ টাকা সমন্বয় করতে পারবেন।
১১. কোন কার্ড হোল্ডার ক্রেডিট বা কিস্তিতে পণ্য ক্রয় করে মৃত্যুবরণ করলে। কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রাপ্য টাকা মওকুফ করে দিবেন। এমনকি প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ি ঐ পরিবারকে আর্থিক সহযোগিত প্রদাণ করা হবে।
